1:1 Coaching with Josianne Robb
A private coaching partnership for professionals navigating a crossroads: personal, professional, or both. Structured conversations in a confidential space, with a thinking partner who has done this herself.
Live deliberately. Again.
Who this is for
This work is for people who want the support of a rigorous thinking partner to gain clarity on their next steps. The crossroads look different for everyone. Here are some of the most common ones.
"It is like there is a switch inside of you that she helps you find, understand, and flick, to become a better person for your own self."Bernardo Coronado-Guerra, client
How it works
Coaching is a set of structured conversations between you and a thinking partner, in a safe and confidential environment, working toward a specific goal.
Josianne uses questions and techniques drawn from neuroscience, positive psychology, somatic coaching, and neuro-linguistic programming. The adventure starts with clarifying your goal. From there, the work investigates what stands in the way of achieving it.
As you become progressively aware of the habitual thought processes and limiting beliefs that make up your autopilot mode, the process moves through Deconstruction, learning how to break free from these, and Reconstruction: creating an intentional mental framework that supports you in achieving and sustaining your goal.
This process is rooted in the 6E framework below, and revisited as many times as needed throughout the programme.
The 6E framework
Assess your current situation and desired outcome, performing an honest gap analysis.
Examine limiting beliefs, validate assumptions, and explore concerns about your desired outcome.
Try new ideas and behaviours on a low-risk, test-and-learn basis.
Expand what is working, going deeper into the approaches that are gaining traction.
A secondary editing process, refining and consolidating what you have learned.
Fully integrate new ideas, habits, and behaviours into the way you operate.
In their words
"My decision to work with Josianne was driven by the need for support as I transitioned into a senior leadership role with greater responsibility and complexity in a new organisation. I saw Josianne as an invaluable partner to help me reflect, grow, and navigate that journey with intention. What stood out most was her coaching style, her ability to deeply understand the context, my leadership style, and guide me toward the most effective approaches and tools to apply."

"At the time I reached out to Josianne, I was looking to explore my career drivers and prepare for new career opportunities. I knew I needed professional growth and wanted someone who would challenge my thinking. Josianne always came across as positive and energetic. This came through strongly in our first meeting and I enjoyed that aspect throughout my coaching."
Hayley Whatarau
"I recently had the privilege of working with Josianne in what ended up being a blended executive and personal coach capacity. From the very beginning, her warm and engaging approach made me feel at ease, creating a foundation of trust. Drawing on her vast experience across various roles, organisations, and cultures, Josianne has a unique ability to ask insightful questions that not only made me pause and reflect during our sessions but also stayed with me long after. Thanks to her guidance, I have gained a renewed sense of confidence, clarity on what drives me, and a stronger vision for my long-term career goals. If you are looking for a coach who will challenge you, support you, and equip you with the tools to thrive, I cannot recommend Josianne highly enough."

What is included
60 minutes each, conducted via video call. Typically fortnightly, as momentum is a key driver of results. The pace can be adjusted to suit your situation.
Your Adaptability Quotient assessment, delivered through AQAI, a scientifically grounded, independently accredited provider. Josianne holds an advanced certification in the AQAI framework. Establishes a personal baseline and identifies the levers most relevant to your transition. The debrief is included in your first session.
A combination of frameworks developed by Josianne and tools curated from leading researchers in behavioural science, neuroscience, and coaching psychology. All refined through five years of 1:1 practice. The value is not in any single framework but in how they work together, each one chosen because it does something the others cannot.
Everything discussed remains strictly confidential. This is your space to think clearly about questions you may not be able to explore in your professional environment.
About Josianne
Early fifties. Amicable divorce. Empty nester. Regional C-suite title. And a persistent, uncomfortable feeling that she had spent thirty years pursuing a version of success that was not entirely hers.
In 2021, at 51, Josianne left corporate life, retrained as a coach, and conducted 500 hours of 1:1 coaching in her first year. She brings close to three decades in financial services across Europe and Asia Pacific, including regional C-suite roles, ICF Professional Coaching Certification (PCC), and five years of full-time coaching practice with clients across more than 15 countries.
She knows what it is to operate at your level. And she knows what it takes to rebuild from the inside.
"Today I have built a life I no longer need holidays from. That is what I want for my clients too."
The investment
Ten sessions of structured, confidential work with a practitioner who brings thirty years of corporate leadership experience and five years of full-time coaching practice. Frameworks that become permanent skills. Clarity that compounds long after the programme ends.
The deposit signals a genuine commitment from both sides and covers the onboarding work, including your AQ Assessment and personalised debrief. It ensures that from the first session, the work is already underway.
Two futures
The crossroads you are at will not wait indefinitely. Most people who do not act on it do not make a conscious choice to stay where they are. They simply stay busy, defer the question, and find that time has passed.
The green line does not require a dramatic reinvention. It requires a decision: to look honestly at where you are, get clear on what you actually want, and start moving in that direction with intention. Ten sessions is enough to do that.
The red line is not dramatic failure. It is the slow accumulation of deferred conversations, unasked questions, and chapters left undesigned. The founding investment in this programme is modest measured against the clarity it produces. The real cost is another year without it.
