THE APPROACH

This isn't coaching like you've experienced before.

Most people who find their way here have done serious work on themselves already.

They are not looking for motivation. They are ready for depth.

Here is how I work.

WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT

Built for people
who are ready to
do the work.

My clients have typically worked with coaches before. They found it useful and they are here because they are ready to go deeper.

The work examines the beliefs and patterns running underneath decisions, not just the decisions themselves. It is grounded in neuroscience and behavioural science, but it is not academic. It is practical, pragmatic direct, and it asks something of you.

You are the driver.

I sharpen the thinking.

You are the driver. I sharpen the thinking. My job is to strengthen your capacity to think clearly and act deliberately.

You are accountable for the change. I am accountable for the quality of the space in which it happens. Every session leaves you sharper, and more capable of finding your own answers.

Small experiments.

Not big disruptions.

You have built something which we will be respectful of.

The work is not about blowing it up. Instead, we will examine what is running underneath it, keeping what is genuinely yours, and redesigning what isn't.

Low risk. Real change.

The science is in the room,

not on the slides.

I have curated the most useful and practical insights and frameworks in human psychology, applied neuroscience, behavioural science and NLP, so that you don't have to.

They are distilled into manageable chunks, with practical applications.

Reflection and action

in equal measure

Insight without action is just interesting.

Action without insight is just busy-ness.

The work needs both: you will think more clearly and act more deliberately, at the same time.

This is for you if…

  • You have spent decades delivering at a high level and sense that the operating system that got you here is showing its limits

  • You want rigour, not motivation. Depth, not techniques. A thinking partner, not a cheerleader

  • You are genuinely ready to examine the patterns running underneath your decisions, not just the decisions themselves

  • You have tried coaching before, found it useful up to a point, and are looking for something that goes further

  • You want to design the rest of your life deliberately & you are prepared to do the work that requires

  • You value confidentiality, intellectual honesty, and a space where you can think without performing

This is not for you if...

  • You are looking for someone to hand you the answers, validate your existing plan, or tell you what you want to hear

  • You want a quick fix. This work takes time, and it asks something of you between sessions

  • You are not open to being genuinely challenged - by me, by the material, or by the peers in the room

  • You are in acute crisis, in which case a therapist or counsellor is a better starting point, and I will say so

  • You are happy exactly where you are. This work is for people who sense there is more, and are ready to find out what

THE FRAMEWORK

How the work is structured

Every programme and every 1:1 engagement move you through three stages (Deconstruct, MEconstruct, Reconstruct), each building on the previous one.

The process isn't linear. Most people find themselves moving through all three stages simultaneously, each time from a deeper level of awareness.

Together, these stages help you (re)build the foundation for a deliberately designed life.

Questions you might be asking

How is this different from therapy?

Therapy asks 'Why do you feel this?', whereas coaching asks 'What will you do about it?'

The work focuses on actionable change for your present and future, not on processing the past.

Can we address work and personal issues?

Yes. Practically speaking, your professional and personal selves share the same brain.

We work on the patterns that show up everywhere, not just in one context.

How much time does this require between sessions?

The sessions themselves are typically 60 to 90 minutes. Between sessions, the work continues through the natural process of noticing patterns in your daily life.

Some weeks that requires ten minutes of reflection. Others it surfaces unexpectedly in a meeting or a conversation. You bring what arises. There is no prescribed workload and no formal homework.

Is the sessions done virtually or in person?

Both are possible for 1:1 coaching.

The Fourth Side programme runs online, which means participants can join from anywhere. Some of the most valuable conversations happen when people from different geographies and contexts are in the room together.

How do I know if I'm ready for this?

If you're asking that question, you probably are. The people who aren't ready tend not to find their way here.

Counter-intuitively, you don't need to feel ready. What this work does require is an initial dose of courage and a genuine willingness to look honestly at what's driving your decisions, not just the decisions themselves. If you're open to that, we can have a conversation and find out together.

How do you handle confidentiality?

Everything discussed in our sessions is strictly confidential: my mind is a vault.

I do not keep files on clients, which simplifies the data protection aspect.

I do not share client information with anyone.

For senior professionals who may have concerns about discretion, particularly those still in active roles, this is a space where you can think freely without those considerations.

How do I measure the return on this investment?

It's a fair question and one I'd expect from anyone who has spent decades making decisions based on evidence.

The candid answer is that some of what shifts is measurable, for example clearer & faster decision-making, reduced time spent circling the same questions, greater ease in conversations that used to drain you.

Some of it is harder to quantify but equally real: a sense of direction that feels genuinely yours rather than inherited, and the confidence that comes from knowing why you're making the choices you're making.

Most clients find that the clearest measure reveals itself about three months in, when they notice they are responding to situations differently than they would have before and make different, bolder decisions.

That shift tends to compound.

Transform Your

Cross-Cultural Leadership Journey

I write when I have something worth saying, which means you won't hear from me every day, but when you do, it will be worth your time.

Reflections on:

- what it actually takes to get off autopilot

- neuroscience and

- behavioural science made useful

- the occasional conversation with someone whose perspective I find genuinely interesting,

- and tools you can put to work the same day.

No volume strategy. No content calendar. Just honest thinking, when it's ready.
